ABA therapy (applied behavior analysis)

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy is a type of behavioral therapy for autism that uses principles of learning and motivation to teach new skills and reduce problematic behaviors. It focuses on breaking down skills into small steps and uses positive reinforcement, such as rewards, to encourage desired behaviors. The goal is to improve social, communication, and learning skills to help individuals with autism live more independent and fulfilling lives.
